Karaca's 316+ steel is created by adding 18% Chromium, 12% Nickel, and 2% Molybdenum to standard steel. It is 42% more durable than conventional steel. Karaca's 316+ steel is made with the molybdenum element naturally found in nature. The inner surface of the cookware is 316+ stainless steel, the middle layer is aluminium and the outer surface of the cookware is induction steel so it is compatible with induction hobs. It's hygienic to use. The pieces are designed perfectly balanced for a comfortable hold.
